A dedicated terminal in the cab, a gateway wired to the truck, and one cloud platform behind them. Not another ELD — the operational layer the ELD plugs into.
Software alone is copied. Installed hardware creates data continuity, switching cost and a distribution position that a feature list does not.
The founder drives a truck. The first pilot vehicle is a working truck, and the product is used daily by someone who is penalised by its failures.
Hardware plus subscription, with hardware retained by the platform rather than sold outright. Contract terms and pricing are not final and are not published.
