Who we are
This website is operated by Elyron Group LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, in connection with the FleetRan product. “We” and “us” mean that company.
What this site is
FleetRan is under development. This site describes a product that is being built, publishes its roadmap and its progress, and lets you try an interactive demonstration. It is not an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver on any date, or a representation that any described capability exists today. Where something does not exist yet, it is labelled.
The demonstration
The interactive experience runs on invented data and is provided for evaluation only. It is covered by the demo disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Using the site
Please do not:
- attempt to gain access to systems or data you have not been given access to;
- submit information about someone else without their knowledge;
- use automated means to overload the site or scrape it at volume;
- copy the site’s design, text or images to present as your own.
Ordinary reading, sharing a link, quoting with attribution and using the demo are all fine and are what the site is for.
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it for the purpose it was collected for, as described in the privacy page. Please do not send confidential information through a web form — if something needs to be confidential, write to us first and we will arrange an appropriate route.
Our content
The FleetRan name, logo, product design, site text and images belong to us. The product renders and photographs on this site are ours and are not licensed for reuse.
No warranty, and the limits of what we promise
The site and the demonstration are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a demonstration that is explicitly labelled as simulated. If a term here is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Material changes will be noted in the development journal rather than made quietly.
