What this site does not do

Stating this first because it is the shortest part. This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics service, no advertising network and no tracking pixels. It stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no session storage. The typeface is served from this site rather than from a third party, so opening a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

If any of that changes, this page changes with it before the change ships.

What you can choose to give us

Two forms on this site collect information, and only when you fill them in and submit them.

Founding Fleet waitlist

Company name, contact name, email and, if you provide them, phone, fleet size, number of trucks and trailers, truck makes and model years, your current ELD, fleet management system, camera provider and fuel card, your operating region, the operational problems you describe, and your interest and timing for a pilot.

Investor watchlist

Name and email and, if you provide them, company or fund, phone, investor type, typical investment range, stage of interest, LinkedIn, website and what you write in the free-text field.

Only the fields marked required are needed. Everything else is optional and exists to make a first conversation useful rather than exploratory.

Why we ask

Fleet details decide whether the hardware can work on your trucks at all — make, model year and connector type are technical constraints, not marketing segmentation. Investor details decide what is appropriate to share and when. We use what you send to contact you about FleetRan and to prepare for that conversation. Nothing more.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. It does not appear in the public demo — the interactive experience runs entirely on invented data, and real submissions are never used to populate it.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored by FleetRan for the purpose above. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. If storage is unavailable, the form tells you so rather than silently discarding what you wrote.

Hosting

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages processes the technical information required to do so, including your IP address. That is a property of how the internet works rather than a choice we made, and we do not build profiles from it.

Your control

Write to hello@fleetran.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Children

This is a commercial trucking product. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
